Revenue Recovery · Camrose and central Alberta

Nearly half the big shops make 11 to 15% of their revenue from one habit: following up.

Every quote chased. Every missed call answered. Every past customer asked back. We find the money you are already losing and collect it. A person approves anything that goes out, every job it wins back is counted in dollars every Monday, and you pay a small monthly base plus a share only on the jobs it brings in.

Source: ServiceTitan's 2025 Residential Services Report by Thrive Analytics (1,000+ US residential contractors). 47% of contractors with $10M+ in revenue said following up on estimates brings in 11 to 15% of their income.

Founding offer: the first three shops start with $0 setup and $195 a month.

Where the money goes

You already did the hard part. Then the follow-up slipped.

You drove out, measured, priced it, and sent the quote. Or the customer called while you were under a truck. The work was done. The money just never came in.

Leak 1

Quotes that went quiet

The customer said "let me think about it" and nobody asked again. Often the job goes to whoever follows up first.

Leak 2

Calls nobody returned

A missed call during a busy day is often the next caller's job. Many callers do not leave a message. They just call the next shop.

Leak 3

Past customers never asked back

They bought once and liked the work. The furnace is due, the truck needs service, the deck needs staining. They would book with you again if someone asked at the right time.

Leak 4

Happy customers never asked

No review request, no referral ask. The next customer searching online never hears about the good job you did.

Your numbers, not ours

What is in your files right now?

Five numbers you know without opening your books. Start low on the win-back share. The honest answer is the one you would repeat to your bookkeeper.

Sent, no yes or no, never followed up.

How it is worked out: each month, (quotes gone quiet × win-back share × job value) + (missed calls a week × 4.33 × win-back share × job value). Past customers count once a year: past customers × win-back share × job value. Sale value assumes a 20% profit margin and a buyer paying 3 times profit; ask your accountant for yours. It leaves out reviews and referrals, so the real figure can be higher. None of it is sent anywhere.

How it works

Three stages. Each one pays for the next.

1

Days 1 to 30: the money already in your files

We go through your last 90 days of quotes and your customer list. Every quiet quote gets a polite follow-up. Every customer who has not been back in a year gets asked back. You approve each message before it goes. This is the fast first win.

2

By day 90: no lead goes cold again

Every new quote is followed up on a schedule. Every missed call gets a text back within a minute. Every finished job gets a review request. It runs whether you are on a roof or on holiday.

3

Month 12: it runs without you

The follow-up lives in a system, not in your head. The bonus is the time: hours a week you are not spending chasing quotes and returning calls. And a shop that does not depend on its owner is worth more to the next owner when you decide to sell.

Every Monday

A one-page report. Every job it won back, in dollars.

No dashboards to log into. A short email: what went out, what came back, and what it was worth. If it is not on the list, it does not count.

Honest fit

Who this is for.

It is for you if

You own a trades, home-service or repair shop. You send quotes, you miss calls when you are on a job, and your customers come back for service. Plumbing, heating, electrical, roofing, construction, flooring, lawn and snow, cleaning, auto and heavy-duty repair.

It is not for you if

You already have someone whose whole job is following up, or your work comes from one or two big contracts rather than many customers. We will tell you on the first call if that is you.

How you pay

A small monthly base. A share only on the jobs it brings in.

The share is paid only on jobs listed in your Monday report. If nothing comes back, you pay the base and nothing else. All prices in Canadian dollars, plus GST.

Founding shops: the first three

Three spots, in exchange for letting us share your results (no customer names) as a case study.

Standard, after the founding shops

What counts as recovered

Agreed in writing before we start, so the Monday report is never a debate.

1

A quiet quote

The quote had no answer for 7 days or more, and the customer booked within 30 days of our follow-up.

2

A missed call

We texted the caller back, and they booked within 14 days.

3

A past customer

They had not booked in 12 months or more, and booked within 30 days of our ask.

4

Your veto

If you would have won a job anyway, strike it from the report and it does not count. No argument.

Our promise

If recovered revenue has not passed your monthly base by day 90, the base stops until it has.

Needs your part too: a list of recent quotes and customers, and approving messages within a day.

Your data stays yours

Customer lists and messages stay in accounts you own. Nothing is sold, shared or used for anyone else. Leave any time and take it all with you.

Three shops a month

Setup takes real time with each shop, so we start three new shops a month. When the month is full, the next start date is the first of the following month.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers.

Will my customers feel spammed?

No. One polite follow-up on a quote, one reminder when service is due, one review request after a job. You see and approve the wording before anything goes out, and anyone can opt out with one reply.

Do I need new software?

No. We work with what you already use: your phone number, your email, and whatever you write quotes in, even if that is a notebook and a spreadsheet.

Is it AI writing to my customers?

AI drafts the message and keeps track of who is due. A person approves it. Your name and your voice go out, not a robot's.

How do I know the numbers are real?

Every job in the Monday report has a name, a date and what brought it back. If you would have won it anyway, tell us and it comes off the list.

What if I want to stop?

After the first three months, stop any month. You keep your lists, your messages and your rules.

Twenty minutes. Your numbers. A straight yes or no.

We look at your quotes, your calls and your customers together, and tell you honestly whether this will pay for itself in your shop. If it will not, we say so.
