Content engine, four channels
the corePosts are written, illustrated and queued for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and the Google Business profile, so the feed keeps moving in the weeks he never touches it.
Selling houses is the job; posting about it never wins the day. We write, illustrate and publish this agent's content across four channels, and build the Calgary guides on his own site that answer what buyers actually type into Google.
Client · Private client — residential realtor, Calgary
An agent who is good in a room and invisible between appointments.
A residential realtor working the Calgary market. The actual job happens away from a desk — showings, listing appointments, negotiations — and the marketing waits for hours that never arrive.
Staying visible means posting several times a week, everywhere buyers look, and publishing content worth finding in search. That is a job in itself, and it always loses to the work that pays today. Left alone, the feed goes quiet and the website sits there as a business card.
What we built
Written, illustrated, checked and published on a schedule, with one screen to approve it all.
Posts are written, illustrated and queued for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and the Google Business profile, so the feed keeps moving in the weeks he never touches it.
Twenty long-form guides answering the questions Calgary buyers actually search — neighbourhood guides, assessment versus market value, what an online estimate is really worth — published on his domain rather than a rented platform.
CREB market figures and Google ratings are pulled into a verified sheet first, and the posts read their numbers from it. A figure in a post cannot drift from the source that checked it.
Every post gets its own image, generated and then checked before it can publish, so nothing goes out with a broken or empty graphic.
Everything queues in one place. Approve it and it publishes to the channels on schedule — no logging into four apps, no copy and paste.
A sitemap that builds itself from the live guide table, a robots file pointing at it, and internal links into the library — so Google can reach twenty guides that were only linked from one page.
How a week runs
A week of posts and any new guide are drafted with the market numbers pulled from the verified sheet, and each one gets its own image.
Everything sits in a single queue. Approving is the whole job — there is nothing to write and nothing to schedule.
Approved posts go out to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and the Google profile on schedule, and guides land on his own site where they can earn search traffic.
What we are working on now
The guides were only reachable from a single page, with no sitemap, no robots file and no verified Search Console property — so their search performance had never been measured, let alone judged. The sitemap now builds itself from the live guide table, robots points at it, and the property gets verified next, which is what turns the traffic work into something with a number attached.
The outcome
He turns up several times a week across four channels with local content whose numbers can be traced to a source, instead of going quiet between listings.
He writes nothing and schedules nothing. The content is built for him, approved in one screen, and the guide library grows on a domain he owns rather than on a platform that rents him an audience.
