Phone during a job, a website form into a shared inbox, texts, and Facebook messages. There is no single list, so the ones that go cold go cold silently. The fix is one intake point, an automatic first response, and a tracked queue — usually the highest-return build a small operator can make.

Plenty of clients are further out — a Calgary realtor, a Colorado M&A firm, a California realtor and investor group — and they get the same treatment: direct contact, fast turnaround, no time-zone games. If you're outside central Alberta and the problem is a good fit, distance isn't the thing that decides it.
